How We Use Your Information

• Analyze the mail and assist you in finding the best way to unsubscribe or prevent further unsolicited mail.
• Temporarily store images securely for processing.
• Generate a temporary, secure download link for an AI assistant (via the OpenAI Assistant API) to review the images and assist in identifying opt-out options.

We do not use your images for advertising, marketing, or unrelated analytics. We do not share your uploaded images with any third parties beyond what is described here.

How We Protect Your Information

• Uploaded images are stored in secured storage with appropriate encryption.
• Temporary download links are protected by short-lived, signed JWTs (JSON Web Tokens).
• Images are only accessible for a limited time necessary to process your request.
• After processing, images are deleted from our systems on a rolling basis.

Sharing of Information

We share information only with:

• OpenAI’s Assistant API to allow a secure AI assistant to download and process your uploaded mail images for the sole purpose of identifying unsubscribe options.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information with third parties.
